A mastermind that is for parent entrepreneurs. This underserved community is limited by their access to resources and support. When children are always left behind there is an emotional cost that extends to the whole family and a financial cost that increase the burden on the family. But when children are provided for parents can get business done adding value to the community and their family. Each group member is committed to their family and their business.
Each group will have a paid childcare individual(s) that will manage the children while the parents discuss that month’s topic nearby. The meetings will take place during the hour (4-530 pm) after school and will be held at a facility that can provide a safe outdoor play space. Parents would be able to pick up their children from school and come directly to the meeting. Snack will be provided for the children/ adults to make it easier for the parents to make the transition from school.
